Chapter 01 · ជំពូក ១ - The Order Book · 2019
One family workshop.
Everything she has.
Sokha runs the furniture shop her parents started. She chooses the timber, agrees each design, prices every custom piece and coordinates the relatives who build it in the room behind the showroom.
Sales, deposits, supplier promises and delivery dates all share one notebook. It works - until the pages have to explain the business to someone who was not there.

Chapter 02 · ជំពូក ២ - The Wall · 2020
The lender asks for the one thing
she does not have: proof.
A panel saw and finishing booth could shorten lead times, so Sokha applies for business credit. The shop is busy, but her formal credit file is thin and the handwritten books are difficult to verify.

Chapter 03 · ជំពូក ៣ - First Record · 2021
A second-hand phone becomes
a ledger that cannot forget.
Sokha starts with Kyu POS for walk-in sales and customer deposits. It is a small part of the operation, but each receipt begins turning a paper trail into structured evidence.

The shop adds a workshop.
The workshop becomes an operating system.
Kyu ERP becomes central: quotations, deposits, production orders, inventory, supplier purchases, payroll and delivery status connect in one operating record. POS remains at the counter; ERP carries the business.

With Sokha's explicit consent, Kyu can prepare selected, verified operating signals for a participating financier. Sokha controls the sharing request; the financier applies its own underwriting, terms and judgment.

Four years later,
a different rubber stamp.
A hotel issues a verified purchase order for 180 chairs and 42 tables: 222 pieces, worth $42,600, due in eight weeks. Sokha needs timber, hardware, wages and installation costs before the hotel pays.

This year her eldest starts university - the first in the family. Above the showroom desk, beside the live order dashboard, Sokha keeps the first paper notebook.
Chapter 08 · ជំពូក ៨ - Full Circle · 2026
The person finance once could not see
now helps other makers be seen.
Sokha plans steadier purchase orders across 12 local workshops and suppliers. Clearer specifications, due dates and batch histories help each partner build a record alongside hers.
Three partner workshops now keep digital order records of their own.
Each one began with a phone, and a first page.
The journey does not end.
It multiplies.
