Priority support is included with Premium Plus and gives clients a dedicated Telegram group with our team, with response and handling guided by our service level agreement based on issue severity. Implementation assistance, training, and ongoing technical support are available based on your plan and requirements.

Yes. We offer onboarding and training for new clients at $90 per day. Transportation fees are not included and are borne by the client based on actual receipts.
